History
Filho de Belisário José de Oliveira Ramos e Theodora Ribeiro dos Santos Ramos. Nasceu em 23/4/1879 em Lages (SC). Graduou-se na Faculdade de Direito de Porto Alegre (RS) em 1908. Iniciou a carreira na magistratura na comarca de Curitibanos em 1910. Atuou também nas comarcas de Brusque (1913), São José (1920-1931), Ibirama (1938), São Bento (1939) e Tubarão (1942). Nomeado desembargador do Tribunal de Justiça de Santa Catarina, assumiu o cargo em 21/3/1949. Aposentou-se em 11/4/1949. Faleceu em 18/1/1969 em Tubarão (SC).
